Return Policy – Gano Signs & Printing

We have a 15-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused)
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at ganosigns@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Custom / Personalized Orders (NON-RETURNABLE)

Because many of our products are custom-made, printed, or personalized specifically for each customer, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom printed apparel (shirts, hoodies, uniforms)
  • Business cards, flyers, postcards, and printed marketing materials
  • Custom signs, banners, decals, and engraving
  • Embroidery and personalized merchandise
  • Any item made to order or designed specifically for a customer

We only offer replacements or refunds on custom items if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was produced due to our error

Ready-Made Apparel & Stock Items

For non-custom, pre-designed apparel or in-stock products, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ganosigns@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after approval.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products (as listed above)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
